The North Texas Mean Green (0-1, 0-0 Conference USA) started off the season right with a non-conference win over the University of Idaho Vandals, in a game played on Saturday, Aug. 31 at the University of North Texas' Apogee Stadium in Denton.
The Mean Green's next home game will be Saturday, Sept. 14 against Ball State University.
