A second Community Interest Meeting regarding the expansion of the LISD Spanish Dual Language Immersion Program to Prairie Trail Elementary has been planned for November 6 in order to provide information to parents and community members who were unable to attend the meeting held on October 15.

Do you know someone who wants their young child to become bilingual? The LISD Spanish Dual Language Immersion Program is seeking parent interest and commitment as it expands into the Marcus feeder zone. A program is being planned to open at Prairie Trail Elementary for children in the Marcus attendance zone who are currently or soon to be in kindergarten. Parent support is critical to the successful launch of this opportunity.

Let us know of your interest by attending the Community Interest Meeting, Wednesday, November 6 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Prairie Trail Elementary School, 5555 Timber Creek Road in Flower Mound. Please share this information with your friends and neighbors who do not yet have children in LISD schools.
