First United Methodist Church Coppell will celebrate Back to School Sunday on August 24. It will be a day of fun, fellowship and worship. The church will hosts its normal worship times. The times of worship and events are below:

• 8:30 AM Traditional Worship
• 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Breakfast and Activities for Children and Adults.
• 9:45 AM Modern Worship
• 11:00 AM Traditional Worship
• 11:10 AM Eleven10 Student Worship

During some of the worship services, the students and teachers returning to school will be recognized. Also, the annual Blessing of the Backpacks will take place.
