Ed Garahan, Partner and CEO of Carbon Companies, shared that The Links was the first development to break ground along PGA Parkway, well before the PGA Headquarters, golf course, or Omni Resort began construction. Carbon Companies first reached an agreement with the City of Frisco in 2017, broke ground in 2020, and officially opened in 2021.

In April, Carbon and Greenway Investment Company secured $125 million in financing to finalize the project. The final two phases will deliver 620 podium-style apartments and 815 underground parking spaces. Construction is anticipated to take 14 months, with full completion expected by late 2026 or early 2027.
