The Flower Mound High School Water Polo Teams finished strong at the State Championships this past weekend.  

The Girls’ team finished 9^th place after a triple overtime ending with a 1 point loss to St.Agnes.The Boys’ team won 2^nd place in the finals only losing to St.Marks by 1 point in the last 40 seconds of the game.  This is the highest place the Flower Mound Boys Team has ever had in school history!

Several of our athletes were named to the All State Teams: 

Seniors Alex Rodriguez and Rylan Russell made 1^st Team.

Senior Bella Vares, Junior Natalie Seeman, and Sophomore Rylan Lantz made 2^nd Team.

Junior Erik McCune made Honorable Mention

Both teams were led by Coach Goddard and Coach Doyle.
