The Flower Mound Garden Club has been busy this fall. Topics on water conservation (Sept) and tree conservation (Oct) were the two topics texperts presented to the community. Each 3rd Tuesday of the month, the club is open to people who are interested in learning about environment topics. In addition, the FMGC participated in the Keep Flower Mound Beautiful at Home Depot where members met the community and shared calendar events, etc.  This past Friday, members of the club with help from others began the process of cleaning and updating the flower bed across from the water pond east of Parker Square and the Saturday Market location. Stop and enjoy this area of water, flowers, and serenity. The bulbs will be peaking through to provide flowers in the spring. Come and join the FMGC to learn about succulents in Nov., surprise workshop in December with a meal, and bonsai creation in Jan. Everyone is welcome.
